HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

Daisy Copenhagen offers 14 days return - but not on Sales goods. The right of return applies from the day you receive the your goods. 
Simply complete the return note and enclose it in the shipping package with the goods.

Goods must be returned unused and in same condition as when received. Items without a return note can not be returned. Once we have received the goods and accepted the return, we will transfer the amount to your account as soon as possible. We will refund only to the credit card used when the goods were purchased. This is to prevent illegal use of stolen credit cards. Please enclose registration and account number if you would like a bank transfer. Remember to keep your postal receipt as proof that the product is shipped. Return of goods is at own expense.

We strive to deliver as ordered. In case of error please contact info@daisycopenhagen.com and we will send you a return label so the product can be returned freight free. Please provide name, address and the order number at all times.
